Arugula is a peppery leafy green that provides many of the same health benefits as other greens such as reduced cancer risk, & good heart health.
Crisp, mildly flavored stems in yellow, gold, orange, pink, , green & white. The tender leaves are best harvested young for salads, or eaten like spinach or beet greens.
Beet greens are sweet, mild, and cook up into the silkiest, most tender greens you'll ever eat. And the stems? Some think they are more delicious than kale.
A dark, leafy green you can eat raw or cooked. Kale is a nutritious food rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, vitamin K, and beta-carotene.
